Terms of Use

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), AZAMOL DANIŞMANLIK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Azamol”, “biz” veya “şirket”) tarafından işletilen azamol.aiweb sitesi ve tüm dijital hizmetlerin (“Hizmetler”) kullanımını düzenler.

Siteyi veya Hizmetleri kullanan her gerçek ve tüzel kişi (“Kullanıcı”), bu Koşulları okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Siteyi veya Hizmetleri kullanmayınız.

Azamol, bu Koşulları önceden bildirim yaparak veya yapmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler azamol.ai/kullanim-kosullari adresinde yayımlanır; yayım tarihinden itibaren geçerli olur.

Azamol provides artificial intelligence consulting, automation solutions, AI assistant integration, data analysis, GEO and SEO optimization, and digital transformation services.

The scope of services, delivery timeline, technical requirements, and other specific terms are further defined in the customer-specific proposal document and project agreement. These Terms remain valid unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Azamol reserves the right to modify or discontinue the scope of its services, features, and tools upon prior notice.

Users are obligated to comply with the following prohibitions when using the Site and Services. Users may not:

• Use the Site or Services for purposes contrary to applicable Turkish legislation or international law
• Attempt unauthorized access to Azamol's systems, servers, or infrastructure
• Violate the personal data, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Create or distribute content that damages Azamol's reputation, brand, or services
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the Services without authorization
• Place an unfair load on the system by exceeding technical measurements or restrictions

All content, brands, logos, software code, designs, interface components, methodology, documentation, and other materials on azamol.ai are the property of Azamol or its licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable legislation.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, using for commercial purposes, or creating derivative works from these materials without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights, transfer, and licensing terms relating to customer-specific solutions are further defined in the project agreement.

Azamol does not warrant that the Services will be provided uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azamol shall not be held liable for loss of business, loss of profit, data loss, reputational damage, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Azamol's total liability under any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. Where no fee has been paid or the service is provided free of charge, liability shall be zero.

Azamol is not responsible for the content of third-party links accessible through the Site.

Fees for Azamol's services are determined through a proposal document prepared specifically for each customer. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding price or offer.

Payment method, schedule, and terms are further defined in the project agreement. Invoicing and tax terms are subject to Turkish tax legislation.

Azamol reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The current Terms are always published at azamol.ai/kullanim-kosullari.

Continuing to use the Site or Services after the date of any change indicates that you have read and accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

Azamol may suspend or fully terminate any user's access to the Site or Services without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse, or unlawful conduct.

Termination notice and compensation terms specific to a customer project are defined in the relevant project agreement. In the event of termination, the payment obligation for completed work remains in effect.

Users may request to close their membership account at any time. Closing an account does not eliminate outstanding balances or active contractual obligations.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve ona göre yorumlanır.

Taraflar arasında doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkta İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri münhasıran yetkilidir.

Taraflar, dava yoluna başvurmadan önce iyi niyet ilkesi çerçevesinde müzakere yoluyla çözüm arayacaklarını kabul ederler.
