Bu Gizlilik Politikası (“Politika”), AZAMOL DANIŞMANLIK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Azamol(“Azamol”, “biz” veya “şirket”) tarafından azamol.ai web sitesi ve sunulan hizmetler aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklamaktadır.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hareket etmekteyiz. Sitemizi veya hizmetlerimizi kullanarak bu Politika’yı okuduğunuzu ve anladığınızı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

The following categories of personal data are processed in connection with the provision of our services:

• Identity data: First name, last name
• Contact data: Email address, phone number, job title, company name
• Transaction data: Contact form submissions, demo requests, project consultation notes
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, session duration, cookie data
• Membership data: Password hash, membership date, account preferences (member portal users only)
• Voice/communication data: Records of voice or text interactions with the AI assistant (for service quality purposes)

Your personal data is collected through the following channels:

• Contact and demo request forms
• Membership registration and login screens
• Live chat and AI assistant interactions
• Phone calls and email correspondence
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (automatically, during your browser session)

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) for the following purposes and legal grounds:

• Preparing proposals and delivering services — Establishment/performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• Customer relationship management and support — Performance of a contract / legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-c, f)
• Fulfilling legal obligations — Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
• Improving site performance and security — Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f)

azamol.ai uses cookies for the operation of the service and for analytical purposes. Cookies can be grouped into two main categories:

• Essential cookies: Required for the site and the secure session infrastructure to function properly. These cookies cannot be declined based on user preference.
• Analytical / performance cookies: Used to measure site usage and page performance. You can disable these through your browser settings.

The following third-party providers are used in the delivery of the site and services. These providers receive only the level of data necessary for the provision of the relevant service and act within the framework of their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics: Visitor analytics and site performance
• Supabase: Database, authentication, and storage infrastructure
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Railway: Application hosting infrastructure
• Google (Gemini): AI assistant content generation

Where your personal data is transferred abroad, the requirements under Article 9 of the KVKK are fulfilled (explicit consent or an adequate level of protection).

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the purpose of processing no longer applies and the legal retention periods have elapsed:

• Contact form and customer data: 3 years from the end of the business relationship
• Accounting and contract documents: 10 years, pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code
• Marketing and communication preferences: Until consent is withdrawn
• Technical logs and access records: 1 year
• Member account data: 30 days from the account deletion request (subject to legal requirements)

Technical and administrative measures are implemented to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The main security measures applied include:

• SSL/TLS encrypted data transmission
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Secure authentication and session management
• Regular security scans and audits
• Encrypted password storage (hashing)

We would like to note that no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. In the event of a security breach, Azamol will notify the affected data subjects and the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with its legal obligations.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about the processing, if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• To learn the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred
• To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion, and destruction actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To object to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of your processed data via automated systems
• To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
